Missing NHL 22 content and HUT points

Has anyone had any issues with receiving their preorder content for NHL 22 X Factor edition? I bought it on the 11th, was charged and still haven't received it. I also purchased HUT points and never received those. I talked to EA and they said it was a problem on the XBox side of the purchase. It's also funny because it says I don't own the X Factor version when I look in the store but my order history says I bought it and it's taken out of my account. Anybody out there have any info?

I am told Pre-order content will go to the game you access first.
I received my preorder packs on the wrong version of the game. I only downloaded series s/x version. Played the 10 hour trial & 3 day early access on the series s/x version only. Played the series s/x version Oct 15 & 16 still no preorder packs.
Downloaded the xbox one version Oct 16 late.
The preorder packs that I ordered showed up on the xbox one version.
November diamond packs showed up on the xbox one version.

Yeah I know. I didn't receive any at all or points I paid for. It all showed up this morning though after I was on the EA forums last night.

I can play Multiplayer Overwatch but I can't connect in HUT for NHL 17. Does this make sense? If I had a ban wouldn't it be for all multiplayer online and not just HUT NHL 17?? I'm very confused.

Please take a look at this
guide from EA regarding content included in the different versions of NHL 17. The HUT Gold Packs, EASHL Equipment Bubdle, and EASHL '94 Celebration are not acquired via separate code and is all in-game content.

If you are experiencing difficulty in locating the content in game, you will want to reach out to
EA Support directly for further assistance.
