    Age of Empires III: Definitive edition won't go past the splash screen


    The Title says it all.
    I recently downloaded AOE3 on xbox game pass on my Windows 10.
    And when i try to turn it on the only the thing that happens is the splash screen appears and nothing else.
    I've spent well over 2 h waiting for it to finish loading, but nothing has happened.
    This is the game logs:

    Hello,

    Same probleme here, I tried everything nothing worked including no firewall. Apparently seeing the last log message is
    "Account Event - New State: AttemptingLogIn, Old State: Invalid, Last Error ID: None"
    the game is trying to connect some kind of licence server, but nothing is responding.
    Any help from xbox side would be appreciated !

    Yes, the game I used to get the error message was Twelve Minutes, but I also got the same error from all the gamepass games I tried to play on PC. (Doom Eternal, Carrion, Project Winter, and Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition).
