    Game capture with no sound Xbox Series X


    Hi!

    I’ve been having this issue since xbox one, Now, I try to game capture in the xbox series X and the video has no sounds, this does not happen all the time, but as soon as I got one video without sound all the following videos have the same problem. Already
    hard reset the xbox and the problem persists. I try to capture in 1080. The games where I have this issue are COD MW, COD Black ops Cold War, COD Black Ops 4, Gears 4. The console is brand new so I don’t have any issues with internal storage. It is really
    annoying since I want to share some of my gameplays and none of them works.

    I would really appreciate if you can take a look at this

    I have Xbox Series S and I have same problem. All Clips that I recorded from Xbox Series Enhanced Games like Gears 5 and Forza Horizon 4 don't have any sound. But old Games like Call of duty WW2 and Battlefield V that I play From External HDD after recording have Sound. It should be a Bug an I hope they fix this in future.

    Game captures are terrible.

    Xbox series x. There is so much documentation about this issue, no-one has a solution (apart from streaming on twitch, saving the vod and then editing the video). Compared with my xbox one captures, taken well over a year ago, they are awful, choppy, stuttering messes. This is not a problem on my end, this is a problem with the xbox series x capture system. The fact captures are STILL terrible is a joke, given the series x was released over 18 months ago.

    - To clarify, is this happening with all of your clips?

    - May I ask what kind of headset you are using?

    - Do you have any external storage devices plugged into your console?

    - Have you already tried something to fix this? if you have, could you tell me exactly what you've tried so far? just so I have a better understanding of the situation.

    Game And Party Chat Don't Come Through Capture Card To PC

    I have the exact same issue.

    Only I'm using the new Elgate Capture Card HD60x

    On the xbox series x I'm using a Logitech-G Headset G433 Zwart.

    When I unplug the headset from the controller I can capture teammates mic sound.

    As soon as I plugin the headset, it stops capturing teammates sound.

    In the Xbox party chat, passthrough and "speaker and headset" is selected.

    (when using the Elgato chat link, all works, but I don't want to use the anolog audio, but the HDMI audio. I have a separated Mic connected to the recording PC for my voice. I only need the mic connected to the controller to communicate in the game).
