XBox One Controller

I dont care who sees this, but i need to vent. I work my butt off so i can buy the few things that i have and one of those is my XBox. I love playing XBox, have always been an XBox guy not a playstation guy. But lately, to be specific, this year, im
on my second controller because for some reason, its just keeps disconnecting, over and over and over again. Its up to date, ive put my XBox higher so that its in great position, but none of that is working and its so frustrating because i spend money, my
hard earned money, to be exact like 60-70 dollars on something very vital, which should be perfected by this point, on a wireless controller. This controller is the gateway to the fun i should be having, the relaxation i should be feeling after a hard days
work, but instead im playing warzone and it disconnects every minute. Im not having fun, its stressing me out, and to top it all off, i cant even talk to someone, a real person who works for microsoft,to just tell me whats going on or possibilities of what
can be wrong with it. I dont buy the warranty because i shouldnt have to, its a brand new controller, its should be good, not defective. This issue is really making me contemplate going to playstation because ive honestly never heard anything wrong with
them. In the end, ive stayed with XBox because im loyal, im sick of it, cant talk to someone real, constant disconection. Simple solution would be to buy the wire to just connect directly and avoid this problem, but then thats defeats the purpose of a wireless
controller. End Rant

I am having a similar issue with the very new Series X controller connected to my 2013 Xbox One. All of my old controllers work fine. This new one, for some reason disconnects and reconnects any time I'm at the pause menu or a cutscene when the controller is idle. That's not as bad as your gameplay issue, but still, no excuse for that on this generation when it should be perfected by now. I'm venting too since I've wasted hours troubleshooting this!
