How do you deal with oppressing players after reporting them on multiple accounts?

My 12 year old daughter is being stalked and sexually harassed by multiple players. She has reported each account and every message they have sent her. Unfortunately these players make alternate accounts after their main ones have been banned and their messages
have only gotten more vulgar.

She initially met this group when 20 or so people joined a party chat with her and her friend and they were cyber bullying her friend because her friend has special needs. This group or "clan" call themselves the Str8s. My daughter has met countless other
players who have been oppressed by this same clan. They are notorious for filling a party chat and being offensive or joining a game and freezing her console!

Again, she has reported and blocked every single one of them. She made it to where she appears offline and have even made her party chats invite only. But they still oppress her (and her friends) with alternate accounts. The messages are highly offensive
to the point where I've thought about selling the console and getting her a PlayStation instead.

She is a good kid. I bought her the Xbox 1 for Christmas two years ago and have never had any issues with it. Its still a good console but the player community is highly toxic and its really upsetting to see my child being oppressed at home when there is
so much oppression going on in the world. This is her outlet to connect with her friends but I don't want to see her and her friends get treated this way.This would be upsetting to any parent and there are a lot of kids on Xbox live.

It was my understanding that your company's goal is to make the Xbox one community feel safe and welcomed. Please do something about these Str8s! They should not be telling a 12 year old girl to go kill herself or call her slang terms pertaining to a prostitute.

The leader of the Str8 clan is a Twitch streamer named XMrsMonstrousX ThE CuNtStReSs. Her husband claims to be a "hacker" and has threatened to steal my credit card information off the Xbox! Unfortunately we cannot find his username at this time but he goes

That's weird. I have had numerous interactions, and been in chat parties with the person you are talking about, and I personally witnessed her be protective of children, no matter their age. So I find it unbelievable that the woman I have come to consider a beloved friend, would tolerate harassment of a child in any form. That you would target her, claiming she supported the alleged actions of a few, is reprehensible. Shame on you. To suggest that multiple accounts were made for the sole purpose of harassing your daughter is laughable, who even has the time? I have never witnessed her, or any others harass a child, let alone yours. As to the accusation that her husband was going to hack your account for your credit card information? It's ludicrous, she and her husband, are in no way hackers and the fact that you believe so, is hilarious. In my continued experiences with the str8 group, I have found each member to be expressive, protective, fun loving, understanding and love each other like family, and have always maintained that no one under the age of 18 is allowed in party just because they are so loud and boisterous it may become inappropriate for those under 18. It hurts that you would lay such heinous accusations at their feet.

 

I would love to see proof of said messages. Most everyone in Str8 has children. I myself have a 13 year old little girl... we would never ever harass a child!!! I call bull crap on this entire story!!! So with that being said let me debunk your claims. 1. We don't allow anyone under the age of 18 in Str8. Let alone our parties. 2. 20 people besides your daughter and her friend... ha that's laughable. Xbox only allows 16 people in a party. These claims are false. This is nothing more been an attempt to get innocent people in trouble. I do find it highly suspicious that we recently kicked out certain people in our group due to lack of activity lies and backstabbing. I am positive that your attempt to try to get us in trouble is based on the fact that you personally have a vendetta against our group. Are you one of the members who have been recently booted.... sounds likely to me. So unless you have proof that one of our members have personally attacked your child please do not go around spreading idle gossip. Sincerely Chevgirl
