    I am getting the same issue and had that last night as well. If i click Switch account, it takes me to sign in and then welcomes me to sign in, and when i click "let's play" i go back to the screen shot above. I've been scouring the forums hoping to see
    an answer. Hopefully somoene knows what's goin on!

    I'm getting the same issue since yesterday, and apparently so are others as well. Multiple posts on the "xboxgamepass" sub-reddit (on reddit).

    They need to get this fixed....

    I have had this issue since the 5th. Haven't been able to play the game while others load perfectly fine. Got the same screenshot as shown above as well. Hope they get this taken care of soon! Frustrating when your on a subscription and can't use it.

    This game is unplayable at this moment, the same issue also happended yesterday. I hope Microsoft and the game developer can slove the problem asap.

    Same issue here , yestarday (Aug 7th) was the last time I was able to launch the game successfully. Now I'm getting the same error. Other games works just fine. I wonder if Microsoft is aware of this issue. There is no entry in the "Known issues for
    game lauchers" support page.
