Elite 2 Controller right trigger and online service

I cannot figure this out. There is no way of contacting an actual person with Microsoft and whenever I try filling anything out with the serial number, nothing works. It won't even let me submit anything to get it fixed. Definitely never buying a controller
this expensive again. Clearly bad quality products. Surprised my Xbox one x still works honestly.

Could be a defective device. Try https://support.microsoft.com and see if they can solve this issue.

I have very lightly gone around the trigger but it's different. This isn't like when a kid drops soda on the controller as I fix controllers for my friends.

This is like a double sided tape kind of stick.

This doesnt really help you, but for what they sell them for, they are so poorly made!! My 1st one, the “A” face button only worked when it felt like it, got it replaced at the retailer. 2nd one, left stick drift. Got my 3rd one under warranty from microsoft
2 weeks ago, and now the right stick doesn’t re-centre itself all the time!!!
