hi I'm wondering how to become a moderator on Xbox live yes I'm asking if you know how because I found many players bullying younger players on party chat and texts messages box's and on group chat and I wanted to deal with it but some of them ask for PvP
and deals and I have no time for it and so I report them but still they end up comeing back and using bad words soul el used the term and plz excuse my language pussy yes he said that to me one time and other words like f word b word and I reported him but
he still counties to insult me and so I just want to know how to become moderator so I can deal with the succussion my self so I don't have to spam reports and also I want to stop other bully's on Xbox from hurting other pepole feelings and I never been a
moderator before ik I apply for mod on lifeboat but not on Xbox it would be very very helpful to mod on Xbox and lifeboat witch give dubble help to both companys online and I know is responsibility to only use banned Hammer on spammers and not the players

That would be an enforcement team member. It would be just like any other job. You would have to see if Microsoft has any positions open, send in a resume, interview, etc. You would also have to live in Redmond, WA and most like you have to be at least 18.

Aircobra the last time someone told me that' I ended Up in the "Trainee program" to become a moderator anyways. So Toybonnie30 Will become a moderator if she works really hard on her interview after she sign the application.
